Holdaycasa Nick is a fantastic fully sea view apartment with one bedroom and two bathrooms.The designer interiors, the high quality finishes throughout the house combined with the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea give a fresh and relaxing atmosphere.After having traveled and explored the various values of Sperlonga we reach the entrance of our accommodation, which like the whole house has a sea view. As soon as we enter we find ourselves in the lounge where we access the comfortable terrace with breathtaking views of the sea, the wonderful port of Sperlonga, the Tiberius Cave and the famous Truglia Tower.The living area is divided into three areas, living room, kitchenette fully equipped with everything you need to have fun experimenting with Mediterranean soap dishes, and a comfortable sitting area. Everything was designed to optimize all the spaces so as to have the greatest possible comfort inside.The sleeping area, approximately 1.40m high, can be reached via a brick staircase and is designed to accommodate 4 people between a double bedroom and an open bedroom served by an exclusive bathroom for this floor.Holidaycasa Nick offers its guests a fully air-conditioned environment, television, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen for each room and towels with courtesy kit for the bathrooms.This house is perfect for fully experiencing Sperlonga, its historic center and the sea which is approximately 150 meters away.
