We are immersed in the alleys of Sperlonga, a stone's throw from the village and a stone's throw from the sea.
As soon as we enter, we are immediately struck by the historic wooden beams that characterize the whole house. Continuing we find ourselves immediately inside, where we find on our left the double bedroom with high ceilings and wooden beams, a common feature of the historic houses of Sperlonga, continuing and going down two steps we find a small mezzanine where we have a single sofa bed, comfortable for one person and a bathroom with shower.
Continuing we reach the living area with a fully equipped open kitchen equipped with everything you need, a dining table for four people, a sofa bed for one and a half and a second bathroom.
