Holidaycasa Chris is a beautiful and comfortable apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, located in the most exclusive position of Sperlonga, just 20 meters from the sea. This house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. as well as a convenient parking space
In a side street on the Sperlonga seafront, and more precisely in via Antonio la rocca 6, we find this fantastic building where we find holidaycasa Chris. As soon as the car is parked, in the place reserved for holidaycasa customers, we go up to the second floor and open the door we immediately find ourselves in the large and bright living room thanks to the different points of light all overlooking the sea that the house offers.
From the living room you can already see the open kitchen complete and equipped with everything you need, from here as from the living room through a French door you can easily access the terrace, furnished and with a magnificent view of the sea and the entire coast, perfect for breakfast with friends.
Continuing then we find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one double with king bed and one twin with bunk beds and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
Holidaycasa Chris offers a flat screen TV, bed linen for each bedroom and towels for the bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an air conditioning service perfect for very hot days outside the building instead you will find a convenient parking space. private.

Proprio perché l'appartamento è carino e ha una posizione centrale, sarebbe il caso di valorizzarlo, modernizzandolo. A mio avviso la lavatrice è un po' antiquata (ce ne sono di moderne anche economiche), mentre per quanto riguarda la cucina mi stupisee more

Inoltre, gli infissi sarebbero proprio da rifare perché si chiudono malissimo, così come le due persiane in soggiorno e quella nella camera da letto.
Per finire, abbiamo trovato il televisore non funzionante e la mattina dopo il nostro arrivo ho provato a contattare l'agenzia per messaggio su whatsapp ma nessuna risposta, mentre tramite telefonata, ci era stato detto che ci avrebbero fatto sapere per un'elettricista ma nessuno è venuto a sistemare la TV, probabilmente perché ormai eravamo a fine vacanza. Mi chiedo io, a questo punto, il senso di trattenere per così tanti giorni una cauzione di 200 euro, se l'appartamento ci è stato dato con infissi, persiane e TV non funzionanti. Da rivedere sicuramente il rapporto qualità-prezzo a mio avviso. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia dell' appartamento posso dire buona quella del bagno e il resto, ma scarsa quella sui mobili, purtroppo abbastanza polverosi. Ritornerei a Sperlonga sicuramente perché è un posto molto bello e ci si rilassa davvero, ma alloggiando altrove. Appartamento da valorizzare al meglio e curare l'aspetto del contatto con il cliente assolutamente. |
