Holidaycasa Rocy is an apartment with sea and mountain view. Located on the second floor, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The house has a classic design, with some modern touches, large windows, which allow for lots of brightness.
As soon as we enter the house we can immediately notice its brightness, coming from the living room, which has a large window, which takes us to the terrace. the living room is also equipped with a vintage-style sofa, a table large enough for 8 people and classic furniture, and paintings and plants that enrich the environment. Continuing we move towards the kitchen
which is separated from the hall by a large corridor. The kitchen has classic/modern furnishings that give a touch of light to the house, it is also possible to eat in the kitchen because it has a table for 6 people.
Then we move to the sleeping area which has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are very bright double bedrooms, one of which has classic furnishings, with a large wardrobe. Then we find 1 bedroom with two single beds, equipped with a modern style desk, the room is also equipped with a small balcony. Each room has large windows that allow for plenty of light in the sleeping area. The area also has two bathrooms, decorated with large blue tiles, which recall the color of our sea. One of the bathrooms has a large bathtub.
Holidaycasa Rocy has 1 television, a well equipped kitchen with many utensils, complete bed linen, towels for each bathroom, it also has a private parking space inside the house.
The apartment is surrounded by a large terrace and a small balcony. The terrace has a sea view, it is large enough to welcome friends and relatives, especially as it is equipped with a large table with chairs. The small and pretty balcony has a view of our wonderful mountains to also have a touch of fresh air and greenery.
